Besa is a dynamic and accomplished Human Resources Executive and Consultant with proven success in developing and leading award-winning initiatives and teams to achieve strategically focused results and enhance organisational effectiveness with over 15 years of experience leading public and private companies through significant change and growth. With mergers and acquisitions in her portfolio, Besa has developed particular expertise working with boards and executives to integrate and align leadership teams, Agile HR, organisational design and structures, HR Process Engineering & operational excellence, compensation, and talent management strategies. Songezo is a Junior Researcher with ethical and hard-working attributes with 3+ years of experience in research and administration, NGOs, and the private sector with a degree in Social Science at the University of Cape Town. He is an ambitious, diligent person who is also focused on what is assigned to him. He is currently passionate about joining the public/private sector to expand his Research skills and M&E expertise.

Nxalati holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences Degree from Monash South Africa (MSA) where she majored in Economics and International Studies. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Honours in Politics from the University of South Africa (UNISA). She is an enthusiastic individual eager to contribute to team success through hard work, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills. She is motivated to learn, grow and excel in everything that I do. As a Social Sciences graduate, I have become well-versed in conducting research and analyzing data in a detailed and scientific manner. She has gained the ability to integrate superior organization and communication skills across all levels of research, allowing me to excel in both independent and team environments. She has a keen interest in socio-economic topics including Gender-based violence, Human Rights, Nutrition, Social and Economic Justice, Poverty, Power and inequality, Social, political, macro and microeconomic policy, Social and Economic Development, as well as community Development. I am capable of conducting research, compiling a research report, and writing clearly and concisely.
