Nxalati holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences Degree from Monash South Africa (MSA) where she majored in Economics and International Studies. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Honours in Politics from the University of South Africa (UNISA). She is an enthusiastic individual eager to contribute to team success through hard work, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills. She is motivated to learn, grow and excel in everything that I do. As a Social Sciences graduate, I have become well-versed in conducting research and analyzing data in a detailed and scientific manner. She has gained the ability to integrate superior organization and communication skills across all levels of research, allowing me to excel in both independent and team environments. She has a keen interest in socio-economic topics including Gender-based violence, Human Rights, Nutrition, Social and Economic Justice, Poverty, Power and inequality, Social, political, macro and microeconomic policy, Social and Economic Development, as well as community Development.
