Silvester is a seasoned Management Consultant, Project Manager, Researcher, Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) practitioner with extensive experience working with civic society organizations in collaboration with the government on various projects and programs over a period of 18 years. He has experience with both local and international NGOs as well as the corporate sector through Corporate Social Investment (CSI). His professional work experience is in development research, Research and social surveys, capacity building, and monitoring and evaluation of development programs. He has conducted evaluation studies in various sectors including agriculture, environment, food security, health, and education. He has extensive knowledge and experience developing and reviewing M&E frameworks and M&E plans and Theory of Change including monitoring support for program implementation. I am keen to apply my skills working with cross-functional teams and across sectors in order to find innovative solutions to development challenges in African communities. His countries of experience include South Africa, Zimbabwe, Swaziland, Malawi, and Uganda.
