Dr. Gloria is an Educationist and sector expert with over 15 years of experience in skills development and research across the sphere of focused training and development of a diverse cadre of skills development programs, Management Consultant, Researcher, and an accredited Facilitator, Assessor, Moderator, Verifier with the following Sector Training Authorities respectively that include: ETDP SETA, Services Seta, PSETA, Cathsseta, and SASSETA.
Dr. Mothibi brings expertise in the following areas:
- WIL in a post-school education and training environment with a flair for corporate context.
- Undertaking research studies with various institutions.
- Skills Development Systems (SETAs).
- Facilitation of WIL deliberations.
