Dr. Gloria is an Educationist and sector expert with over 15 years of experience in skills development and research across the sphere of focused training and development of a diverse cadre of skills development programs, Management Consultant, Researcher, and an accredited Facilitator, Assessor, Moderator, Verifier with the following Sector Training Authorities respectively that include: ETDP SETA, Services Seta, PSETA, Cathsseta, and SASSETA.

Dr. Mothibi brings expertise in the following areas:

  • WIL in a post-school education and training environment with a flair for corporate context.
  • Undertaking research studies with various institutions.
  • Skills Development Systems (SETAs).
  • Facilitation of WIL deliberations.

She has experience in Management Consultancy, Program review, Research, Policy Review, learning and knowledge business management with exposure to Executive Coaching, Mentoring, Business development, Business planning, and evaluation of outcomes-based program evaluations and assessments. Dr. Mothibi comes in very handy to this assignment as an all-rounder Consultant needed to galvanize the relevant elements necessary for the success of the project.
