He is a Project Manager, Programme Performance Evaluation Expert, Content Creator and Chartered (Certified) Management Consultant (CMC – UK) with valuable expertise and competencies necessary to carry out Project management and management consultancy-related interventions.
Over 20 years working on Public Sector Reform, Programme Review, Policy Review and Development, Business Continuity Management and Planning, Programme Design, Theory of Change Workshop Facilitation, Impact Assessment, Midterm Evaluation research with experience in results-based monitoring and evaluation methodologies, experience working in both foreign organisations and the South African Government at all spheres of government, policy and institutional strengthening with a wide range of non-governmental, intergovernmental and research organisations in Africa.
