Brian is a highly experienced Project Manager and Management Consultant specialising in Public Service Reforms and Local Economic Development, Skills Development, Policy Review and Development and facilitation of the Theory of Change Strategic sessions. He is a Project Manager, Programme Performance Evaluation Expert, Content Creator and Chartered (Certified) Management Consultant (CMC – UK) with valuable expertise and competencies necessary to carry out Project management and management consultancy-related interventions.

Over 20 years working on Public Sector Reform, Programme Review, Policy Review and Development, Business Continuity Management and Planning, Programme Design, Theory of Change Workshop Facilitation, Impact Assessment, Midterm Evaluation research with experience in results-based monitoring and evaluation methodologies, experience working in both foreign organisations and the South African Government at all spheres of government, policy and institutional strengthening with a wide range of non-governmental, intergovernmental and research organisations in Africa. Technical background in Programme Design, Indicator Protocolling, policy and Strategic planning, sustainable development, project, programme evaluation and Project Management.

He is the convenor of the National Economic Development Agenda (NEDA) Think Tank Series and a leading authority on Project Management, Research processes and programme evaluation. He is a Strategic Planning Facilitator and Transformation Consultant, Economic Development Consultant and a trusted advisor to state enterprises. Brian combines street-smart thinking with a pedigree of high-tech professional expertise in problem-solving. He approaches problems using a mix of academic rigour with a practical approach resulting in context-specific solutions.
